INCREDIBLE game which DeSean Jackson wins with a punt return touchdown on the final play of the game in Week 15 of the 2010 NFL season. Philly had no business winning this game, but it was an amazing victory that likely will clinch the NFC East for the Birds.

The Philadelphia Eagles, down by three touchdowns with less than eight minutes to play, rallied for four touchdowns to stun the New York Giants 38-31 and take undisputed possession of the NFC East lead on Sunday with two games remaining. DeSean Jackson, who had been quiet all day, returned Matt Dodge’s punt 65 yards for the winning score on the final play.
