As the evening events were coming to a close at the annual Seven Lakes High School theater department funds raiser, one would think how could it be any better. Well it did when Mr. Caulks auctioned off the final composition to be conducted by the lucky winner. Bids were coming from all over the audience but one very persistent mother stayed in all the way till the end, winning the right to lead the orchestra. Up stepped Pablo, her 8th grade son with Down Syndrome. Not a worry in the world of what others may think. He conducted fearlessly as the audience watched on. His mother not only blessed her son but all who shared in the experience. What a joy to witness.
