How do I take my old American bottom bracket off my bmx bike?

I just bought a new American bottom bracket for my BMX bike and i can’t figure out how to take off the old one. I looked everywhere but I can’t find any instructions. Can anyone help me out with this one?

dude just pull it out…

try not to break it if u want to keep it for a spare part or something…if u cant do it just go to a bmx shop
